As you can probably tell by the title of this post, the other day I just so happened to get my car clamped. As I'm sure anyone who's ever had their car clamped will tell you, this is a cunts trick, as the fine must be paid right there on the spot for the release of your car, unlike with parking tickets which you can pay at a later date.

The most annoying this was, I think, the fact that I was actually parked right outside my mates flat, where I had permission to park. Funny how these things work, don't you think? It should also be noted that there was no actual 'Car clamping in action' signs in the car park - not until after my car had been clamped, so I think they obviously put it up at the same time. Twats.
So, after coughing up the £100 fine I was finally able to actually drive home after work. Great. A word of warning - even when there's no signs up, be careful, it could happen to you!
